What you will do

• Lead requirements discovery sessions to map current-state processes and design future-state ERP solutions.
• Configure and customize D365 modules including finance, procurement, sales, and project operations.
• Collaborate with data architects on migration, integration points, and quality controls.
• Provide analytical insights to support decision-making and process optimization.
• Ensure all implementations comply with security, regulatory, and governance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in or willing to relocate to London with a valid work visa.
• Proven track record as a D365 Functional Consultant with experience in at least two core modules.
• Full project lifecycle experience from requirements and design to deployment and support.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
