What you will do

• Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of business-critical Finance ERP applications.
• Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics to ensure business continuity.
• Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements.
• Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements for long-term maintainability.
• Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting or managing Finance business processes in an ERP environment.
• Strong understanding of IT service management principles (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Fluent in English; German language skills are considered a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is highly advantageous.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and drive sustainable technical improvements.
• Must be comfortable with occasional travel to the office for anchor days.
