What you will do
- Lead and coach a high-performing ad sales team to foster professional growth and excellence.
- Own and expand North American advertising revenue by setting and achieving ambitious goals.
- Establish and sustain trust-based relationships with advertising partners, agencies, and travel brands.
- Partner with product, marketing, and commercial teams to create data-informed advertising solutions.
- Analyze market insights and performance data to refine strategy and report results to senior leadership.
- Serve as an expert ambassador for 's advertising offerings at industry events and business reviews.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital advertising sales and leading sales teams toward shared revenue goals.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and current industry trends.
- Track record of growing agency or advertiser relationships, preferably in travel, media, or tech.
- Ability to leverage data to identify opportunities and communicate narratives to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills for engaging both external partners and cross-functional internal teams.
