TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (AdTech): Managing a portfolio of advertising clients to drive revenue and platform success with an accent on performance marketing strategy and data-driven optimization. Focus on building strategic partnerships, troubleshooting campaign delivery, and providing actionable insights to enterprise-level advertisers.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Availability required during coordination hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-3pm Pacific Time.

Compensation: $105,945 – $204,657 OTE (Base salary: $74,161 – $143,260) + equity + benefits.

What you will do

  • Autonomously manage a portfolio of advertising clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide strategic guidance and actionable insights to optimize ad campaigns.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and campaign wrap-up presentations.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and technical account issues.
  • Forecast and track key account data for internal projections.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to share learnings and best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 5+ years of experience managing advertising campaigns (client or publisher side).
  • Experience managing enterprise-level clients in the North American market.
  • Availability for meetings during 9am-3pm Pacific Time.
  • Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing and paid search.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge clients strategically.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce and Apollo.io.
  • Experience with paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google, or Pinterest.
