What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team of Sales Directors across the Health & Pharma verticals.
  • Define and execute robust strategies to attract new advertisers and drive the adoption of hirify.global Ads.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at brands and agencies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Client Success to develop integrated go-to-market strategies.
  • Leverage AI-powered sales tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness and engagement.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to foster talent development and retention within the sales organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • At least 6 years of experience managing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and cultivating strategic customer relationships.
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and data for sales productivity and GTM effectiveness.
  • Must be based in the United States.
