Salary: $217,905 - $473,710 per year

What you will do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team of Sales Directors across the Health & Pharma verticals.
- Define and execute robust strategies to attract new advertisers and drive the adoption of Ads.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers at brands and agencies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Client Success to develop integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Leverage AI-powered sales tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve sales effectiveness and engagement.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to foster talent development and retention within the sales organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales or account management.
- At least 6 years of experience managing sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving ambitious revenue targets and cultivating strategic customer relationships.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising trends and the competitive landscape.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools and data for sales productivity and GTM effectiveness.
- Must be based in the United States.
