TL;DR

Salary: $121,000 – $214,000 per year (depending on location zone)

What you will do

  • Identify and secure strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth for hirify.global.
  • Offer consultative media solutions and define campaign goals using the vertical playbook.
  • Manage senior-level relationships as the business owner for key partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal and client teams on strategic initiatives.
  • Develop sales propositions and performance metrics to measure account growth.
  • Mentor junior team members and educate clients on hirify.globalchat product developments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, brand advertising, or media sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of engaging with C-Level executives.
  • Deep knowledge of self-serve platforms, auction-based, and biddable digital advertising.
  • Strong existing relationships with top brand marketing decision-makers and agencies.
