Salary: $230,000 - $260,000

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for an early-stage health app within the company portfolio.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers, coaching them through discovery and delivery.
• Champion a culture of continuous discovery using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market functions.
• Set the bar for strategy communication to squads and senior leadership.
• Accountable for the performance and measurable outcomes of the product pillar.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• 1–2 years of experience managing and developing other PMs.
• Proven success leading multiple squads or a product pillar with measurable business impact.
• Deep fluency in the product operating model.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks at scale.
• Experience leading consumer-facing product development for native iOS and Android apps.
