What you will do

• Define the long-term vision and roadmap for the hardware portfolio to align with broader business goals.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from initial concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design, Hardware/Software Engineering, Operations, Content, and Marketing teams.
• Make critical feature tradeoff decisions based on deep understanding of end-to-end system architecture.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to validate product decisions.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and identify improvement areas.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in hardware, specifically in consumer space or fitness equipment.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end system architecture and ability to discuss requirements with electrical, mechanical, and software engineers.
• Proven history of leading cross-functional projects from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of the hardware development process, including manufacturing, supply chain, and QA.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Must be based in New York, NY for hybrid work.
