Compensation: $20.26 - $27.75 per hour

What you will do

• Manage mortgage loan files from initial application through to final approval.
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with borrowers, loan officers, and third-party vendors to collect necessary information.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including underwriting, appraisal, and closing teams.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes within the loan processing software.
• Meet critical deadlines to ensure smooth transitions to loan closing.

Requirements

• High school diploma required (Associates degree preferred).
• Minimum of two years of mortgage banking experience with knowledge of lending practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with loan processing software.
• Excellent professional customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to work onsite in Durango, CO.
