What you will do

• Analyze borrower credit, employment, income, and assets to prepare files for underwriting.
• Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with federal and state regulations.
• Communicate directly with customers, loan officers, and underwriters to resolve missing information.
• Order and verify third-party documentation such as property surveys, flood certificates, and title commitments.
• Manage loan pipelines to meet established turn-around times.
• Train and mentor new processing personnel.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• Minimum of 2 years of reverse mortgage processing experience.
• Proficiency with Encompass software.
• Working knowledge of RESPA, Regulation Z, and Regulation B.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and time management skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
