What you will do

• Mentor and develop Account Management and Customer Success teams, focusing on career growth and performance.
• Develop long-term relationships with key clients to identify growth opportunities and ensure high retention.
• Collaborate with internal brands to execute cross-sell strategies and improve client-facing processes.
• Conduct strategic account reviews and monitor market trends to mitigate risks and identify opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between internal brands and account teams to align goals and implement training programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel 20%–30% of the time.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
