TL;DR

Vice President of Sales (Higher Education): Leading the Higher Education business across North America with an accent on revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and strategic account expansion. Focus on driving predictable bookings performance, coaching high-performing sales leaders, and shaping go-to-market strategies to reinforce market leadership.

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $500,000 – $600,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own annual and quarterly bookings, recurring revenue, and forecast commitments for the Higher Education business.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for public, private, and system-level institutions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Vice Presidents, Directors, and front-line sales leaders.
  • Build executive relationships with presidents, provosts, and CIOs to drive high-impact opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience to align strategy and execution.
  • Drive operational excellence in territory planning, pipeline management, and sales productivity.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with progressive leadership responsibility.
  • Proven success leading large enterprise sales organizations through second-line leaders.
  • Experience selling complex software solutions into Higher Education institutions.
  • Must be based in the United States with the ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong executive presence and experience engaging C-suite leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
