What you will do

• Ensure entity resolution meets defined SLA thresholds, including ≥85% data accuracy.
• Analyze low-confidence or unresolved matches to drive improvements in precision and consistency.
• Deliver actionable insights and reports to Program Managers and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI technologists and Data Scientists to optimize entity validation processes.
• Design processes to reduce help desk ticket volume and realize cost savings.
• Apply learnings to improve SAM.gov data matching and enterprise-wide resolution capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in entity/identity resolution analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Snowflake.
• Understanding of entity resolution concepts, statistics, and data visualization.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAM.gov / GSA data.
• Experience in client-driven statistical or analytical engagements.
