What you will do
- Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for the Prism platform, core agents, and architecture.
- Scale Prism into a platform that internal teams, customers, and partners build on.
- Lead small, agent-augmented frontier teams in a spec-eval-control plane model.
- Define governance, identity, and auditability as product capabilities to ensure trust.
- Partner with Product Marketing on go-to-market strategies and developer enablement.
- Drive the transition to usage- and outcome-based monetization models.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in product management with a track record of scaling technology products.
- 4+ years of specialized experience in the AI domain (LLMs, RAG, agents, evals).
- Proven experience building developer-facing platforms, APIs, or extensibility frameworks.
- Strong analytical and financial fluency for ROI analysis and outcome-based pricing.
- Ability to operate in a spec/eval/control-plane model and direct agent fleets.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent.
Nice to have
- Advanced degrees (MBA, Master's in AI/ML).
- Working proficiency in Python or C# for prototyping and validation.
- Exposure to ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Previous experience in the ERP industry.
