Salary: $163,000–$236,000 per year

What you will do

• Architect a multi-year product vision and North Star for a portfolio of internal applications aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between Engineering and Design to optimize user workflows and maximize business value.
• Develop deep domain expertise in AV development challenges, including ML labeling, simulation lifecycles, and data visualization.
• Define and champion the adoption of AI and agentic tools to accelerate internal development workflows.
• Manage the product roadmap, balancing immediate stakeholder needs with long-term platform scalability and technical debt.
• Translate qualitative user insights and quantitative metrics into high-fidelity requirements and actionable user stories.

Requirements

• 7+ years in software product management with a track record of driving complex software ecosystems.
• Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity and create structured frameworks from "white space".
• Ability to articulate a compelling product narrative and communicate sophisticated concepts to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated experience leading high-performing, cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Data.
• Strong operational fluency in the software development lifecycle, particularly for ML-based software.
• Technical fluency to quickly grasp architecture risks and complexity trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience shipping products.
• Experience with self-driving technology or other AI-based applications.
