Salary: $129,780–$164,450

What you will do
- Proactively manage the CEO’s calendar, prioritizing appointments and optimizing schedules for strategic initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and maintaining professional communication.
- Prepare meeting materials, briefing documents, and agendas in advance to ensure meeting effectiveness.
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, logistics for conferences, and offsite meetings.
- Draft, proofread, and edit business documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive information with high discretion.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives or senior management.
- Must be located in the New York City tri-state area and able to work in-person five days per week.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, project management tools like Asana, Coda, or Monday, and online collaboration tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Ability to maintain composure and work effectively under pressure.
