What you will do
- Own new business development and lead the full sales cycle across the DACH region.
- Identify and qualify opportunities in manufacturing, tech, and financial services sectors.
- Design and tune value-based offerings for the German market in collaboration with delivery teams.
- Lead pre-sales activities, manage RFI/RFP processes, and prepare commercial proposals.
- Build and manage strategic local partner relationships with AWS, Databricks, and Microsoft.
- Maintain a disciplined CRM pipeline and deliver against defined revenue targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales within IT services or consulting.
- Native-level German language skills and professional working English.
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud, and AI technologies.
- Proven hunter mindset with the ability to open new strategic accounts independently.
- Experience with value-based and consultative selling of complex technical services.
- Deep familiarity with the German enterprise buying culture.
Nice to have
- Existing professional network in manufacturing, tech, or financial services.
- Knowledge of CRA, NIS2, and the EU AI Act.
- Experience working with hyperscalers, top-tier consultancies, or professional services firms.
