What you will do
- Identify and target new sales opportunities for AI-driven solutions and services.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach and presentations to contract signing.
- Develop complex AI proposals and formal tenders in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build and expand a professional network within the DACH region and globally.
- Ensure a seamless handover of new accounts to the Delivery team.
- Maintain CRM records and track profitability KPIs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT business development or sales with a focus on AI projects.
- Advanced proficiency in English and German (verbal and written).
- Must be based in Europe (Germany, Poland, or Ukraine).
- Proven track record of completing complex AI proposals and tenders.
- Deep knowledge of software development processes and AI solution lifecycles.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
