TL;DR

Business Development Representative (IoT/Telematics): Driving direct and indirect revenue growth within Mid-market and Enterprise accounts with an accent on consultative sales and pursuit strategies. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, leveraging CRM tools like SFDC and Salesloft, and developing deep industry expertise in fleet management.

Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (Hybrid model)

What you will do

  • Manage an assigned list of mid-market and enterprise sales opportunities to achieve ARR growth targets.
  • Build and implement consultative sales strategies to generate new and expansion revenue.
  • Document all selling strategies and engagements within Salesloft and SFDC for accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders, including Revenue Operations and Partner Account Managers.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in telematics and fleet management industry trends.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to build brand presence and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
  • Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in developing expansion sales opportunities, preferably in telematics or fleet management.
  • Strong aptitude within Salesloft, SFDC, and ability to leverage AI capabilities for sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40%, including international travel with a valid passport.
