Location: Remote (Texas, US)

Salary: USD $195,787 – $261,050 OTE

What you will do

  • Own and expand relationships with SHI and Dell to drive partner-initiated pipeline growth and revenue.
  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies and joint business plans aligned with hirify.global's goals.
  • Coordinate joint demand generation, marketing campaigns, and account mapping within the assigned region.
  • Enable partner field sellers and SEs through structured training and ongoing engagement.
  • Manage deal registration, non-standard pricing, and partner sales processes including SPIFFs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Systems Engineering, and Marketing to exceed regional quotas.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, specifically focused on SHI and Dell relationships.
  • Must be based in Texas.
  • Established executive-level relationships within the SHI, Dell, and broader reseller ecosystem.
  • Expertise in Salesforce.com.
  • Ability to travel 50%+ as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
