Salary: USD $195,787 – $261,050 OTE

What you will do
- Own and expand relationships with SHI and Dell to drive partner-initiated pipeline growth and revenue.
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies and joint business plans aligned with 's goals.
- Coordinate joint demand generation, marketing campaigns, and account mapping within the assigned region.
- Enable partner field sellers and SEs through structured training and ongoing engagement.
- Manage deal registration, non-standard pricing, and partner sales processes including SPIFFs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Systems Engineering, and Marketing to exceed regional quotas.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales or partner management, specifically focused on SHI and Dell relationships.
- Must be based in Texas.
- Established executive-level relationships within the SHI, Dell, and broader reseller ecosystem.
- Expertise in Salesforce.com.
- Ability to travel 50%+ as required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
