TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the Central Region (USA), with a requirement to work from the assigned office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 USD

What you will do

  • Execute partner-attached deals across various pods and regions to drive revenue growth.
  • Work partner-agnostically with resellers, distributors, SIs, cloud marketplaces, and ISVs.
  • Provide surge capacity for pods during peak periods and cover for team transitions.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to align partner motions with priority accounts.
  • Manage end-of-quarter execution and deal logistics to ensure clean deal closure.
  • Submit weekly partner-attached forecasts and provide pipeline updates to sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Central Region (USA).
  • 2+ years of experience in partner sales, channel management, or enterprise sales within the SaaS or cloud ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of executing deals in a channel, partner, or field sales environment.
  • Strong deal-management instincts and ability to operate effectively in unfamiliar territory.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and comfort with partner-attached pipeline management.
  • Ability to travel as needed (approximately 25%).

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in Regional Partner Manager (RPM) or channel sales roles.
  • Familiarity with SaaS indirect sales motions and cloud marketplaces.
  • Experience with content management, security, or digital transformation solutions.
