What you will do

  • Design and manage a scalable everboarding program to maintain seller proficiency beyond initial onboarding.
  • Deliver ongoing enablement aligned with product releases, messaging updates, and GTM priorities.
  • Partner with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and deliver high-impact training on discovery, qualification, and closing.
  • Translate complex product updates into actionable guidance and drive adoption of CRM and sales engagement tools.
  • Create repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and assets that can scale globally across the organization.
  • Define and track enablement KPIs such as ramp time, win rates, and average deal size.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales, or related GTM roles.
  • Experience supporting global sales teams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales motions and enterprise deal cycles.
  • Proven ability to build and scale enablement programs.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and RevOps.
