What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day communication and alignment with key distributors in Washington, DC.
- Manage and qualify inbound leads, ensuring timely follow-up and progression through the sales process.
- Maintain accurate lead activity and partner data within the CRM system.
- Support the execution of channel marketing campaigns, promotions, and partner initiatives.
- Monitor channel performance and prepare reports on sales activity and partner engagement.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new channel partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or channel management.
- Must be based in Washington, DC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Proven experience managing customer enquiries or sales leads.
