What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of emerging reseller partners as their primary point of contact.
- Recruit and onboard new channel partners, introducing them to programs and tools.
- Support partners through the full sales cycle, including deal registration and pricing.
- Provide ongoing training and enablement to drive solution adoption and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal Sales, Enablement, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
- Maintain accurate pipeline updates and partner activity records in CRM tools.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Channel, Partner, Sales, or Account Management roles.
- Familiarity with distribution, MSPs, or indirect sales models.
- Experience or strong interest in SaaS and the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong relationship-building and multitasking skills.
- Professional communication skills for working with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to travel 20-25% of the time within North America.
