Location: Must be based in Morrisville, North Carolina, with 20-25% travel required to assigned North American territories.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of emerging reseller partners as their primary point of contact.
  • Recruit and onboard new channel partners, introducing them to hirify.global programs and tools.
  • Support partners through the full sales cycle, including deal registration and pricing.
  • Provide ongoing training and enablement to drive solution adoption and revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales, Enablement, and Operations teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline updates and partner activity records in CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in Channel, Partner, Sales, or Account Management roles.
  • Familiarity with distribution, MSPs, or indirect sales models.
  • Experience or strong interest in SaaS and the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong relationship-building and multitasking skills.
  • Professional communication skills for working with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel 20-25% of the time within North America.
