What you will do
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales quotas for allocated insurance accounts in the specified territory.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies and target prospect lists to drive revenue growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by aligning solutions with their existing and future IT roadmaps.
- Manage the full sales process from prospect qualification and CxO discussions to opportunity closure.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement plans that increase market penetration.
- Perform ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional revenue streams.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 8+ years of field sales experience with a strong emphasis on data or cloud-related technology.
- 5+ years of experience generating new business specifically within Enterprise accounts.
- Proven industry expertise in the Insurance market.
- Track record of achieving $1M+ ARR per year.
- Ability to maintain high activity levels, averaging 8+ face-to-face meetings per week.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing the MEDDPICC sales methodology.
- Experience selling software or cloud-based applications to large Enterprise clients.
