TL;DR
Head of User Acquisition (Performance Marketing): Building and leading a centralized UA department to deliver UA-as-a-Service across a portfolio of subscription products with an accent on scaling paid traffic channels and rigorous data-driven execution. Location: Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET (Central European Time)

What you will do
- Define and own the unified UA strategy across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google.
- Develop scalable processes, SOPs, testing frameworks, and reporting systems.
- Manage and mentor a distributed team of UA Managers embedded across product teams.
- Oversee large-scale budget management to ensure efficient CAC and positive ROAS.
- Partner with data science to refine advanced analytics and attribution models.
- Own the testing roadmap including A/B tests, geo-expansion, and channel scaling.
Requirements
- 7+ years in performance marketing with 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record managing multi-million dollar monthly paid budgets.
- Experience in subscription-based D2C products across multiple verticals.
- Direct experience managing and developing a team of 5+ UA professionals.
- Strong quantitative skills with fluency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools.
- Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.
