Paid Acquisition Manager (Marketing): Defining and executing paid media strategies for the French market to drive sustainable user acquisition and brand visibility with an accent on multi-channel campaign optimization. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Paris, France (2 days per week in office)

What you will do
- Own the paid acquisition strategy and performance for France across and Bus.
- Set up and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Manage and allocate budgets across channels to maximize acquisition volume and efficiency.
- Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
- Analyze profitability and conversion metrics to provide forecasts and budget recommendations.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to improve tracking and measurement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid acquisition or performance marketing.
- Proven expertise in managing significant paid media budgets and multi-channel campaigns (especially Google Ads and Meta Ads).
- Fluent French and professional English proficiency required.
- Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable decisions.
- Ability to independently own campaigns from planning through to reporting.
Nice to have
- Experience managing both web and app acquisition campaigns.
- Familiarity with GTM, Adjust, and Tableau.
- Experience in marketplace, travel, mobility, or consumer technology environments.
