TL;DR

Paid Acquisition Manager (Marketing): Defining and executing paid media strategies for the French market to drive sustainable user acquisition and brand visibility with an accent on multi-channel campaign optimization. Focus on managing large-scale budgets across Search, Social, and Display, and translating performance data into strategic growth recommendations.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Paris, France (2 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Own the paid acquisition strategy and performance for France across hirify.global and hirify.global Bus.
  • Set up and optimize campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Manage and allocate budgets across channels to maximize acquisition volume and efficiency.
  • Develop and execute structured testing roadmaps for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze profitability and conversion metrics to provide forecasts and budget recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Creative teams to improve tracking and measurement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid acquisition or performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing significant paid media budgets and multi-channel campaigns (especially Google Ads and Meta Ads).
  • Fluent French and professional English proficiency required.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate performance data into actionable decisions.
  • Ability to independently own campaigns from planning through to reporting.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing both web and app acquisition campaigns.
  • Familiarity with GTM, Adjust, and Tableau.
  • Experience in marketplace, travel, mobility, or consumer technology environments.
