What you will do
- Manage, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Search, Demand Gen, and Display.
- Drive key KPIs including ROAS, CPA, Spend, and CTR.
- Own budgets and make data-driven budget allocation decisions.
- Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition across the funnel.
- Research competitors’ acquisition strategies, creatives, and channels.
- Participate in creative brainstorming to continuously improve performance.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or user acquisition on Google.
- Proven track record of managing monthly budgets of $500K+.
- Deep knowledge of metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, Churn, and Retention.
- Strong experience with web funnels and mobile acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Tableau, Omni, and AppsFlyer.
- English: Intermediate (B1) proficiency or higher required.
- Location: Must be within ± 4 hours of CET.
Nice to have
- Experience with Meta, Snap, TikTok, or other ad platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google UAC for app install campaigns.
- Experience with B2C Subscription apps.
