What you will do

• Scale profitable spend across 40+ countries and various AI products and devices.
• Build and maintain large-scale keyword systems and clusters for new AI model releases.
• Optimize ad strength and copy localized in 30+ languages.
• Design and maintain a clean, scalable account structure with themed ad groups and country tiers.
• Manage bids and adjust CPA/ROAS targets based on real revenue and payback data.
• Utilize Claude and AI agent workflows daily for research, auditing, and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing large, international Google Ads search accounts.
• Expert-level proficiency with Claude (Anthropic) and the AI tools market.
• Deep knowledge of Google Ads compliance, trademark policies, and account recovery.
• Strong data-driven approach to revenue metrics and CPA/ROAS economics.
• Location: Must be located within ± 4 hours of CET.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing).
• Background in subscription or consumer product acquisition.
• Basic technical skills including SQL or scripting.
