• Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team of RPM Project Managers and Operations members.
• Direct tactical and strategic activities supporting the ICT RPM Portfolio.
• Drive functional excellence by developing and sharing best practices across the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to establish objectives and resolve program issues.
• Utilize project management and lean sigma tools to solve problems and implement improvements.
• Manage stakeholder communication and establish governance processes for escalation.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record in project management within a regulated environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability using lean/six sigma tools.
• Excellent team building, communication, and people management skills.
• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland.
