What you will do

  • Review commission-impacting transactions, including new business and renewals, to ensure alignment with approved policies.
  • Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to research and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Respond to compensation-related inquiries from the sales organization regarding credits and territory ownership.
  • Perform data quality reviews and audits across Salesforce, Xactly, and other supporting systems.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports on commission performance, transaction quality, and inquiry trends.
  • Support compensation plan implementations, audits, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales commissions administration or business analysis, preferably within a SaaS company.
  • Degree in Finance or another business-related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, Vlookups, Index Match).
  • Experience with Xactly SPM and Salesforce systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive compensation matters with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of PowerBI.
