TL;DR

Senior Analyst, Sales Compensation & GTM Operations (SaaS): Managing end-to-end sales commissions and GTM operations for a global sales organization with an accent on incentive compensation, Salesforce data hygiene, and ARR-to-ACV reconciliation. Focus on scaling manual processes into automated systems, optimizing comp plan logic, and delivering high-impact GTM analytics.

Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal (must be in the office 3 days per week)

Salary: 35,584 - 44,480 EUR Annual

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end sales commissions processes in CaptivateIQ, including plan setup, calculations, payouts, and reporting for ~200 reps.
  • Partner with leadership to design comp plan strategies, quotas, tiers, accelerators, and SPIFFs.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly commission closes, accruals, and payroll handoffs.
  • Develop GTM analytics to help leadership understand pipeline, productivity, and performance levers.
  • Ensure Salesforce data integrity to maintain a reliable single source of truth for reporting and crediting.
  • Reconcile ARR-to-ACV bookings and revenue data across multiple systems.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on sales commissions administration in CaptivateIQ or similar tools (Xactly, Spiff, Varicent).
  • Prior experience working at a SaaS company is required.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Working familiarity with Salesforce and GTM data structures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics (ARR, ACV, bookings).
  • Interest in applying AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline operational processes.
  • Experience in high-growth environments and exposure to ERP systems like NetSuite.
