What you will do

• Manage complex general ledger accounting and month-end close procedures.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure strict conformance with US GAAP.
• Drive process improvements and automation to reduce manual effort in accounting workflows.
• Coordinate financial audit activities by gathering documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Support the implementation and deployment of company financial systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 3–5 years of related accounting experience.
• Must be based in the US Central or Eastern Time Zone.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal control concepts.

Nice to have

• CPA certification or actively pursuing it.
• Experience with Workday Financials.
• Background in professional services, private equity, or middle market organizations.
