What you will do

• Develop and implement comprehensive product marketing strategies that align with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product marketers, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning.
• Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Create sales tools and training materials to enable the sales team in communicating product benefits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in product marketing with a strong track record of successful product launches.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
• Must be based in or be able to work from San Diego, CA.
