What you will do

• Lead the product lifecycle for AI-based marketing solutions and workflow modules within the hirify.global Ignite platform.
• Define and execute product strategy for healthcare marketing campaigns, focusing on AI-driven omnichannel activation.
• Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., Claude) to rapidly prototype and develop product requirements and user stories.
• Integrate the Growth Platform (IGP) with healthcare systems and martech stacks including Epic, Salesforce, Adobe, Meta, and Google.
• Monitor market trends and the impact of LLMs/AIOs to differentiate the product roadmap against competitors.
• Drive product development toward measurable business outcomes such as appointments, encounters, and revenue.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Newark, New Jersey, USA.
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience in healthcare marketing technology and campaign strategy.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools (Claude, LLMs) for rapid prototyping.
• Deep proficiency in modern martech ecosystems, including marketing automation (e.g., Oracle Eloqua), CRM, and CDPs.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA privacy regulations and FHIR architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
