Salary: $103,200 – $154,800 USD

What you will do

• Own the product marketing strategy across the full lifecycle, including launch planning, positioning, and value proposition development.
• Lead and influence cross-functional stakeholders across sales, R&D, regulatory, clinical, and supply chain teams.
• Serve as a key leader in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to align forecasting, demand planning, and portfolio priorities.
• Drive product performance through data analysis, market insights, and continuous field feedback.
• Engage directly with physicians and global field teams to inform strategy and support commercial execution.
• Manage product transitions, line extensions, and obsolescence strategies to ensure portfolio health.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales, or consulting (2 years with an advanced degree).
• Proven downstream or commercial marketing experience with ownership of strategy development.
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization.
• Ability to travel approximately 30% for domestic and global engagements.
