Location: Must be based in Lafayette, CO (Onsite 4 days/week)

Salary: $79,200 - $118,800

What you will do

• Lead downstream marketing projects including promotion, market analysis, and commercialization.
• Develop critical marketing materials in partnership with clinical and reimbursement teams.
• Set value propositions and key messaging for assigned spine products.
• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to inform portfolio strategy.
• Lead new product launch activities and customer segmentation strategies.
• Analyze portfolio lifecycle to support product development and market positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, product management, or consulting
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization (sponsorship not available for this level)
• Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Lafayette, CO
• Willingness to travel 20-30%

Nice to have

• Medical device industry experience
• Experience in Spine Marketing or Sales
• Knowledge of spine alignment and implant hardware planning
