Salary: $110k – $120k OTE

What you will do

• Own and exceed new business ARR quotas sourced through channel partners in the assigned territory.
• Execute joint business development plans to accelerate new customer acquisition.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential channel partners, including VARs, MSSPs, and MSPs.
• Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure consistent pipeline contribution and sales collaboration.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and deal progression within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to execute regional campaigns and drive partner success.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partner account management specifically within cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ARR quotas through partner-led sales.
• Strong knowledge of the partner landscape in Italy, Spain, and Portugal.
• Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and PRM tools for forecasting and opportunity management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
