What you will do
- Provide tier one technical support via phone, email, and chat, managing tickets from triage to closure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, networking, and security issues for internal staff.
- Provision new computing assets, including imaging, software installation, licensing, and shipping.
- Manage Office 365 tenant (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), Active Directory, and VPN configurations.
- Set up and manage computing equipment and user profiles for training sessions.
- Support cybersecurity compliance with NIST 800-171, PCI, PII, and PHI requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a High School/Associate degree with certifications (Microsoft, CompTIA, Security+).
- Proficiency in Windows OS, O365, Active Directory, and VPN management.
- Experience in a customer-facing service role.
- Ability to work night shifts if needed (rotational or surge).
- Ability to pass a successful background screening.
- Must be based in Virginia Beach, VA.
