What you will do

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, ensuring compliance with security baselines.
• Manage service tickets, diagnosing complex issues including identity anomalies, network connectivity, and endpoint irregularities.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory environments and manage mobile devices via MDM platforms.
• Leverage endpoint automation tools like Intune, JAMF, and Ivanti to streamline imaging and patching workflows.
• Analyze system logs to identify error patterns and contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and cybersecurity teams to support IT modernization and incident response.

Requirements

• Must be a United States Citizen and pass a favorable FBI criminal check.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Washington, DC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise-level administration and support experience for macOS and Windows.
• Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms such as Ivanti, KACE, Intune, or JAMF.
• Proficiency in identity and access management, including Active Directory and MFA.

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
