What you will do
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems, ensuring compliance with security baselines.
- Manage service tickets, diagnosing complex issues including identity anomalies, network connectivity, and endpoint irregularities.
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID/Active Directory environments and manage mobile devices via MDM platforms.
- Leverage endpoint automation tools like Intune, JAMF, and Ivanti to streamline imaging and patching workflows.
- Analyze system logs to identify error patterns and contribute to knowledge base articles and SOPs.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and cybersecurity teams to support IT modernization and incident response.
Requirements
- Must be a United States Citizen and pass a favorable FBI criminal check.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Washington, DC.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of enterprise-level administration and support experience for macOS and Windows.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms such as Ivanti, KACE, Intune, or JAMF.
- Proficiency in identity and access management, including Active Directory and MFA.
Nice to have
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Apple Certified IT Professional.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
