What you will do

  • Stage new systems for deployment by the IT helpdesk
  • Perform basic Active Directory user management
  • Serve as primary contact for IT hardware and software requests
  • Procure and track IT hardware, software licenses, and mobile devices
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support invoice processing
  • Assist the IT team with documentation and various technical projects

Requirements

  • Must be based in Marietta, GA
  • 2 or more years of IT experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
  • Knowledge of current business hardware, software, and mobile devices
