Location: On-site in Dallas, TX
Salary: $27 - $31.50 per hour

What you will do
- Provide full-cycle user support including break-fix, desk-side assistance, and new system installations.
- Troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers, phones, medical pumps) and software (EHR, O365, Windows 10/11).
- Manage user accounts, security groups, and permissions via Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Maintain and troubleshoot wired and wireless network infrastructure from drops to switches.
- Support facility expansions, relocations, and acquisitions with onsite technical assistance.
- Develop technical documentation and FAQ sheets to improve user self-service.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training.
- 2-3 years of experience in desktop support within an enterprise environment.
- Must be based in Dallas, TX and possess a valid driver's license.
- Proficiency with Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 Administration.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality in healthcare.
- Ability to be on-call and travel as required.
Nice to have
- Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).
- CompTIA A+ Certification.
- Experience supporting executive-level users.
