What you will do
- Develop and manage forecast accuracy tracking models and input quality dashboards to identify predictive deal-level signals.
- Support KPI reporting for CS Operations, including product penetration, market basket, and at-risk reporting.
- Analyze sales productivity, quota attainment, ramp curves, and pipeline-to-close conversion rates.
- Partner with systems teams to resolve data quality issues and maintain audit-ready documentation for all report definitions.
- Create data-driven exhibits and supporting analyses for board and executive reporting packages.
- Provide historical performance benchmarks to inform annual planning and capacity model assumptions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency in building Salesforce reports and dashboards with a strong understanding of CRM data architecture.
- Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to build stakeholder-ready dashboards.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for building complex multi-tab models and cohort tables.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, and churn analysis.
- Must be based in Canada.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SQL for direct data extraction from data warehouses.
- Experience with CS platforms like Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero.
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting tools such as Clari, Gong, or Aviso.
- Basic understanding of SaaS revenue recognition concepts.
