What you will do

  • Configure and manage business tools to optimize team workflows and process improvement goals.
  • Leverage technology to automate processes, enhancing efficiency for sales and partnership teams.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work with leadership to execute customer success strategies that drive retention and advocacy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in advanced analytics or customer operations.
  • Proven experience developing strategies to scale revenue teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools like Excel, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce and customer success platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US and willing to travel for company events.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience with ChurnZero, Zendesk, or Gainsight.
