What you will do
- Analyze sales data to optimize pipeline velocity and create leadership-ready dashboards and reports.
- Own sales KPIs and build forecasting models (pipeline health, win rates, deal velocity, quota attainment).
- Audit and optimize the sales tech stack (Salesforce/CRM and outreach tools), identify gaps, and drive adoption with documentation.
- Bridge workflows between account executives, sales leadership, and enabling functions to reduce friction and keep deals moving.
- Support deal desk with pricing/structure and margin tracking.
- Partner on capacity modeling, territory planning, and resource allocation as the business scales.
Requirements
- Comfort working with data and ambiguity; ability to work in SQL, Python, and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Strong understanding of the sales motion (pipeline, qualification, velocity, margin, forecasting) and CRM discipline.
- Builder mindset: own outcomes, dig into problems, iterate with hypotheses, and improve processes.
- Ability to communicate clearly with executives and collaborate with sellers to redesign workflows.
- Comfort in a financial/crypto context (on/off-ramps, MSB compliance, stablecoins) with genuine interest in learning.
- High bias to action in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Slack API and SaaS stack automation.
- Exposure to financial services, compliance, or regulated environments (bonus for crypto/stablecoin experience).
- Experience at a high-growth company where sales ops impacted unit economics.
