What you will do

• Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to measure GTM organization performance, focusing on bookings, pipeline health, conversion rates, and productivity.
• Analyze complex datasets across multiple systems to identify patterns, trends, and risks.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to GTM leaders to drive smarter business decisions.
• Utilize and share best practices for AI tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of data analysis.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partner, and Finance teams on shared projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Alteryx, Databricks, and Power BI.
• Experience with data modeling for revenue operations, such as building forecasting models.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for all business levels.
• Detail-oriented mindset focused on process improvement and AI development.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
