What you will do

• Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for DreamDEX across alpha groups, trading communities, and professional traders.
• Lead end-to-end GTM strategies for new launches, product capabilities, and ecosystem features.
• Analyze the onchain derivatives and CLOB landscape to turn market intelligence into growth tactics.
• Scale distribution through retention mechanics such as community leaderboards and referral programs.
• Collaborate with Product teams to shape the roadmap based on user insights and community trends.
• Support the BD team with key assets like decks and proof points to win institutional desks and KOLs.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in product marketing, with at least 3 years in Web3 or consumer fintech/trading.
• Deep understanding of order books, derivatives, and perpetuals (perps).
• Proven ability to execute GTM campaigns and lead product launches with measurable results.
• Strong grasp of crypto-native culture and platforms including X and Discord.
• Excellent writing skills for simplifying complex technical concepts into compelling narratives.
• Must be based in a UK-friendly timezone (+/- 4 hours).

Nice to have

• Experience marketing CEX or DEX retail trading platforms.
• Familiarity with Web3 tokenomics and reward programs.
