Product Marketing Manager (Web3)

Location: Remote; based in a UK-friendly timezone (+/- 4 hours)

A Web3 infrastructure company developing a high-performance Layer 1 blockchain for real-time, autonomous, and decentralized applications.

What you will do

• Own positioning, messaging, and the product narrative for a decentralized trading platform.
• Lead go-to-market planning and launches for new capabilities and ecosystem features from briefing through post-launch measurement.
• Build repeatable launch playbooks across KOLs, events, communities, content, social, and PR.
• Analyze onchain derivatives, CLOBs, trading communities, and competing platforms to inform positioning, product recommendations, and growth tactics.
• Develop adoption and retention initiatives such as community leaderboards, yield-based rebates, and referral mechanics.
• Create sales and partnership assets for market makers, institutional desks, KOLs, and business development.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in product marketing or a closely related role, including at least 3 years in Web3 or consumer fintech/trading.
• Experience with retail trading products or exchanges and a strong understanding of order books, derivatives, and perpetuals.
• Proven ability to own product or protocol positioning and messaging and execute measurable go-to-market campaigns.
• Experience leading product launches end to end and tracking growth, retention, and adoption metrics.
• Strong understanding of crypto-native culture and communities, including X, Discord, and Web3 platforms.
• Excellent writing skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts through clear narratives.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing a perpetuals, retail trading, CEX, or DEX platform.
• Experience with both consumer finance and professional trading products.
• Familiarity with Web3 rewards and tokenomics programs.
• An existing network across retail trading, KOLs, or crypto trading communities.
