Senior Growth Manager (Web3)

What you will do

• Take ownership of strategy and execution across priority verticals including Privacy, Bitcoin, Quantum, and RWA.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage end-to-end partnerships to strengthen the infrastructure stack.
• Develop commercial proposals and financial models to drive ecosystem growth.
• Collaborate with product, ecosystem, and marketing teams to build solutions for partner success.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.

Requirements

• Must be based in or have strong networks in APAC (Singapore/HK) or NYC.
• 5+ years of experience in the crypto and DeFi industry.
• Proven background in banking, management consulting, or legal training at a Tier one company.
• Strong commercial research skills and ability to build financial models.
• Deep crypto network with a track record of building senior-level relationships with DeFi protocols and financial institutions.
