What you will do

• Define product vision, strategy, and success metrics based on user data and market opportunities.
• Lead a stream-aligned squad, managing the backlog and ensuring continuous delivery of high-value increments.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery and prototyping to launch and monitoring.
• Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Maintain detailed product documentation and diagrams in collaboration with engineering and design.
• Take full ownership of product performance, reliability, and cost efficiency under a "you build it, you run it" approach.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in software development, product management, or technical design roles.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to execute roadmaps and define success metrics.
• Technical fluency in APIs (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) and system integrations.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Experience in Agile environments, including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Real AI fluency and the ability to orchestrate AI tools to accelerate execution.

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL queries and basic system architecture concepts.
