What you will do

• Own the product vision and evolve the ERP platform to align with customer needs and business goals.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, defining initiatives, epics, features, and user stories.
• Lead product discovery and map business processes, including academic, financial, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA, and support teams to ensure successful product outcomes.
• Validate squad deliveries and monitor performance indicators and roadmap execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst with complex digital products.
• Experience with B2B products, SaaS solutions, or ERP platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and BPMN for process mapping.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience in Educational Technology (EdTech) or educational ERP solutions.
• Practical experience using AI tools for requirements analysis and backlog creation.
• Professional certifications in Product Ownership, Scrum, or Product Metrics.
